Purchases made through Bikercom.com are
subject to the general purchase conditions listed on the website at the time
the purchase order is processed. Completing an order implies full acceptance
of the same. The current conditions of purchase have been displayed for the

Delivery time for each article will
depend on the location where you wish it shipped and the kind of shipment you
select. It may vary from 2 to 3 business days for shipments to United States, Canada and Europe. Once payment is made and the order

So when you get a package from us, make sure it

If you decide you don’t want a particular item, we’d
be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a
Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us and then ship the item back. It’s

Ship the item back to us by the cheapest way (we
prefer by air mail).

received your package, we will credit your bankcard for the full amount of
the goods. Please take good note shipping costs will not be credited. If it
is an exchange, we will promptly send your new item out to you. VERY IMPORTANT: In case you return a free shipping
item just because you don't like it or it's not what you expected, shipping
will not be credited. Shipping and returning costs will be free in case the
item is wrong or defective.
